What We’re looking for

We seek a Technical Recruiter responsible for hiring skilled professionals in technical roles, such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, conducting proactive searches to identify high-potential candidates, and facilitating a seamless recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding. Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting events.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Engage passive candidates through networking and proactive outreach to assess their interest and fit for current and future opportunities.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, or other evaluations as needed for roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, understand team dynamics, and refine job descriptions as needed.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure recruiting practices align with organizational policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications/Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, tools, and technology stacks.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Experience in recruiting for specific technical roles, such as Software engineers, DevOps, Data analysts, or IT specialists.
  • Knowledge of the competitive tech talent market and emerging recruitment trends.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
