Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to develop compelling, engaging marketing copy for a targeted audience.
- Draft, maintain, and edit content for multiple deliverables, including product descriptions, emails, website, brand stories, and campaigns.
- Prepare documents, reviews, and manages the proofing process.
- Manage multiple projects and work as an integral part of the product team.
- Prepare content for online delivery.
- Learn and apply LearnDesk's writing style and minimalist approach.
- Learn the LearnDesk product.
- Provide regular updates to your manager on project status.
- Assist the larger team on shared projects with supervision and assistance.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in writing compelling narratives.
- Some experience with authoring tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough analytic skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in education is a plus.
Qualifications
- Possesses a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to successfully close deals and acquire customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, collaborate, negotiate, and communicate effectively to manage stakeholder relationships within cross-functional teams; highly energetic and driven.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities.Adept at understanding customer insights and providing strategic input accordingly.
- English Language Proficiency (both verbal and non-verbal)
