You'll be involved in implementing new sales processes, transitioning from old methods to new, and will fix critical sales bottlenecks as they are raised - in fact, you'll seek them out to ensure our clients are supported.

Senior Sales Specialists are responsible for making sure that our sales objectives are being met. They are a key component of our company's success, working together with customers, management, and their colleagues. Without these ninjas, we will fail. And failure is not an option!

Sales Specialists help ensure the adoption of Insaito products and accelerate business value and ROI from our customers' investment in the Insaito marketplace. In this role, you will work closely with members of Sales, Customer Success, Executive Management, IT, Product Management, and Engineering teams to name a few. The result is increased adoption, customer satisfaction, value, retention, and expansion of the Insaito Marketplace footprint.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deals by showcasing our product, running proofs-of-value, overcoming customer objections, and bringing customer feedback to our Product and Management teams. You will also work to build out the processes to accelerate deals and make the team more effective and efficient.

As a member of Insaito's Sales team, you will work collaboratively with your peers to enable sales, define new processes/standards for how future team members will work, and coach your peers to improve and evolve the sales process.

In this role, you will:

  • Take part in some of Insaito’s largest deals.
  • Inform both product and self-serve roadmaps for. Insaito
  • Be central to building up a successful end-to-end revenue machine.

  • Is passionate about working with prospects and customers to deepen relationships, find solutions, and close deals.
  • Communicates effectively.
  • Is analytical and able to think through and link Insaito’s software to the outcomes clients are solving for.
  • Relentlessly sets and pursues short- and long-term goals.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with Product teams and Management.
  • Applies an understanding of SaaS business models to identify and shape solutions.
  • Works effectively with IT and related teams to ensure client confidence and solve specific client needs.
  • Uses data to identify gaps and opportunities.
