We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Project Manager - Growth Marketing Lead to join our AI Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth by connecting clients with AI solutions that address their unique business needs. Your primary focus will be on understanding client pain points, providing insights, and developing strategies that showcase the value of AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and execute multiple projects as an integral part of the project management team. Guide and mentor team members through strong decision making, conflict resolution, clear communication, and transparency.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to configure, customize, and enhance solutions to meet client expectations.
- Conduct thorough target market research to expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue.
- Create and document solution architectures that align with customer use cases.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the company’s AI offerings, providing detailed support and knowledge to customers and internal teams.
- Stay updated on AI/ML trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Partner with the customer acquisition team to identify and qualify customer needs. Assist in RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
- Identify potential technical risks and proactively work to address them and serve as the voice of the customer to help product teams improve and refine AI offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or a 2-year Master's Degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in managing customers and projects.
- Experience in delivering time-bound high-quality projects.
- Outstanding relationship-building and partnership skills.
- Understanding of AI concepts, used AI tools, and their application across industries.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A champion of data accuracy and impeccable attention to detail.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a passion for translating information into actionable insights.
