Project Manager - Customer Success

Get hired by a US-based company focused on the US, UK, and European markets. This would include travel to the US office located in California.

Responsibilities

1. Architect, build, and execute multiple projects as an integral part of the customer success team.
2. Successfully communicate and collaborate across a variety of cross-functional teams, partners, executives, product marketers and business leaders.
3. Work on project deliverables, customer engagement, presentations, and negotiations.
4. Guide and mentor team members through strong decision making, conflict resolution, clear communication, and transparency.

Skills and Experience

1. 1-5 years of experience in managing customers and projects.
2. Experience in delivering time-bound high-quality projects.
3. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
4. Thorough analytic skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and prioritize to meet deadlines.
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
