Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough target market research to expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue.
  2. Identify and assess challenges in lead closure to drive business growth, while providing data-driven insights and recommendations on the most promising markets for customer acquisition efforts.
  3. Advise on, develop, and implement a structured sales process, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  4. Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns to generate leads from targeted markets, while collecting and analyzing those leads to estimate conversion rates and potential ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, conducting sales meetings to present company offerings, address inquiries, and guide potential customers to closure.
  6. Prepare tailored, accurate, and compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to support the sales team in closing deals and successfully acquiring new customers.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales strategy is optimized and effectively executed.

  1. Possesses a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  2. Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to successfully close deals and acquire customers.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, collaborate, negotiate, and communicate effectively to manage stakeholder relationships within cross-functional teams; highly energetic and driven.
  4. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities.Adept at understanding customer insights and providing strategic input accordingly.
  5. English Language Proficiency (both verbal and non-verbal)

  2. Quantitative skills including proficiency with Excel/Google Suite
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Resourcefulness with the ability to parse internal documentation

  7. A champion data accuracy and impeccable attention to detail
  8. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and a passion for translating information into actionable insights
  9. A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
