Growth Marketing Lead - Semiconductor

Get hired by a US-based company focused on the US, UK, and European markets. This would include travel to the US office located in California.

What We’re looking for

We seek an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Growth Marketing Lead to join our Semiconductor Solutions team. In this role, you will drive business growth by promoting semiconductor products and solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding client and pain points, providing insights, and developing strategies that showcase the value of Semiconductor-driven solutions. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to configure, customize, and enhance solutions to meet client expectations.
• Understand the aspects of semiconductor products and effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the company’s Semiconductor offerings, providing detailed support and knowledge to customers and internal teams.
• Create and document solution architectures that align with customer use cases.
• Partner with the customer acquisition team to identify and qualify customer needs. Assist in RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
• Conduct live or virtual demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Analytical thinking to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Ability to discuss technical specifications and applications with customers.
• A champion of data accuracy and impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a passion for translating information into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of Semiconductor concepts, and their application across industries.
